Zero communication. Employee literally hid in back for an hour while another employee pretended to be a manger that had no idea of what was going on.
ENTERPRISE is definitely the way to Go - They're GREAT!
I give them no stars!! Nothing but problems with this company. Will definitely never deal with them again, they don't care about the customer at all either.
Everyone in the office was super nice, helpful and very accommodating. I rented a Nissan Rogue, absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car!
