We had to return the first car we were given as it had an oil leak, it was also not clean.The stars are for the second vehicle we were given, which drove great and there were no problems with the rental.

Every person I came in contact with at Enterprise was friendly and helpful. The entire experience was convenient and easy. When I picked up my rental car, an Enterprise employee picked me up at the collision shop and shuttled me to the Enterprise office to complete the paperwork. The rental return was even easier. When my own car was repaired, all I had to do was leave my Enterprise rental at the collision shop and an Enterprise employee came to pick it up! I enjoyed driving the zippy little Kia rental car.
