Really impressed with this enterprise location. I reserved a truck for a trip online for a last minute trip. I received a call not long after to let me know the truck I reserved was unavailable, but that they were working to see if a truck could be brought in from a different location. They were unable to help me get a 4wd truck but were able to get a front wheel drive truck and even upgraded to a very nice, very comfortable truck without me asking. Had a great experience using this car rental agency the people were very friendly who checked me out very accommodating found me the right car. I had to wait a little bit cause I arrived at eight in the morning, but it was worth the wait. Five star experience for a rental company
Zachary, was our service representative and he went the extra mile, he explained everything and helped us at the beginning and the end of our time with the rental. Thumbs up for the great customer service.
