Reserved a car in advance, but waited for over 1 HOUR to actually get the car because there was only one staff and customers kept coming in!!!!! I have been to many rental car places and using enterprise at many locations. I have never experienced such a long wait. This resulted us having to change our schedule for the day. Also, they started cleaning a car after we checked in. Poor management and actually felt bad for the staff as many customers were frustrated with the long wait.
The gentleman who assisted was awesome, very personable, made the entire process easy and minimized my stress. Got upgraded for free, vehicle was awesome. Thank you
Great staff, they made the rental process very smooth! The staff was both friendly and professional, they took great care of me from start to finish! I couldn't be happier with my experience with the folks at Enterprise rent a car in South Jordan Ut.
