Fantastic experience from start to finish. I needed a rental until I found a new car and had to extend it. They did it in less than 5 minutes!
Rented through Costco. The person helping me tried to charge me for a second driver--it took some persuading that Costco rentals come with free second driver. I was given a dirty car with a warning light about a low tire whose transmission is failing. After driving it out of the lot, I felt it roaring when it tried to shift up and saw the low tire light.
