The Enterprise Rent-A-Car location was very helpful. My son's car had been hit. The other insurance carrier offered to coordinate a rental care. Since, he is a teenager, I drove the rental. Enterprise staff reached out to coordinate everything. When I arrived, Courtney was on-hand to coordinate the rental. She was professional and friendly... everything that you hope, but occasionally receive in customer service situations. Thanks Enterprise and your amazing staff! They should be recognized for their hard work.

Really impressed with this enterprise location. I reserved a truck for a trip online for a last minute trip. I received a call not long after to let me know the truck I reserved was unavailable, but that they were working to see if a truck could be brought in from a different location. They were unable to help me get a 4wd truck but were able to get a front wheel drive truck and even upgraded to a very nice, very comfortable truck without me asking.
