I recently rented from this location and dealt with Kaden. I had an issue where I needed to exchange my vehicle and an employee supposedly was going to help me, she took down my info, said she would find a vehicle for me and would notify me when it was ready. By the following day I hadnt heard from her and when I called, nobody knew about my issue so I had to start all over again. Great place to rent cars good prices
I don't often leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. I had an emergency need for a rental car and made a same-day reservation through Expedia about four hours before my scheduled 6:00 PM pickup. To be fair, I arrived at 6:03 PM. I understand that late is late, and I accept responsibility for missing the pickup time.
