Look you people did not do a good job because you told me you would have a truck and you never did do your best to make that happen and the lady never did show me how to work the Air conditioning

They provided the perfect car for six passengers. It was a smooth ride and the Pick Up and delivery were very quick.
The overcharged me for insurance I didn't need. I put in a claim to dispute this claim over 2 weeks ago. Customer service keeps saying a regional manager will call me back. I haven't had a call back in over 2 weeks. I'm stuck in a customer service loop. I'm afraid I don't think I will get any of my money back. They took $525 for me. I know it's not alot a money tor some people but for me that is my water bill. That is my gas bill. That is money for groceries. That is money to feed my cat.
