I want to express my appreciation to Brandon, the branch manager, at the Enterprise Merced location. He was helpful with me, after returning the car just a minute late after closing time. I did apologize on my behalf for the late return, but am very thankful that Brandon was able to get everything taken care of, he provided top notch customer service. The car rental was very clean when picked up for my weekend trip, and prices are reasonable.
The Merced Enterprise team has been such a blessing to me. All the staff there have been super helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about the convenience your signature “We’ll pick you up” provides and how that has made my life so much easier. Your customer service and convenience sets you apart, thank you again Merced team!
