My engine went out on me and I needed a ride asap. I tried the Sanford nc enterprise and they told me to give them a call on Monday. This was on a Sat. I went to Southern Pines Enterprise. Asia got me in a car asap. I didn't like the car because I was used to a SUV. She immediately switched me to a suv and had me back on the road immediately. Enterprise has always been a wonderful pleasure to do business with, the manager Asja Nettles is second to none in her ability to overcome all obstacles, a guru of "PROBLEM SOLVING" . I HAVE use their service for a year and change straight due to some unforseen events. She has not only helped me to get into rental but also facilitate necessary changes that would benefit me tremendously. I not only suggest but challenge you to find A rental COMPANY better than "HERE" .
Another awesome experience. Gabe is very knowledgeable and takes time to make sure i am happy with the car. He went over the contract and details. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he’s also very friendly and provides great customer service. I can tell he genuinely cares about me and providing excellent customer service that is beyond extraordinary . I keep trying to rent a McLaren P2, but they never seem to have it in stock. 🤠
Unfortunate experience with the Southern Pines Enterprise. They're basically the only game in town and seem to know it. I RESERVED a car a week in advance. When I arrived at the counter, I was told they had a "hold" on the reservation. Basically car unavailable. They didn't even attempt to contact me to let me know of such issue. They sent me to Fayetteville to get a lesser car that I didn't reserve but had to accept based on timing.
