How the heck do you let people confirm reservations and make plans and then call 5 minutes prior to their reservation to tell them you have NO cars? 0/5 stars if I could. Absolutely horrid customer service.

Aja and team at Enterprise southern pines are absolutely wonderful! The team has gone out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were a few rings away if we had any questions. I’ve never had such a great customer service experience! Thank you all again!
I would recommend rent a wreck or asking your insurance to assign to hertz before ever working with this location. Twice in a month I've been rented a vehicle that smelled like smoke despite my requests and previous complaints. This company prides themselves on clean safe rentals but is unable to provide them nor hear any criticism.
