Awesome service. The staff, especially Richard, really looked after me.
The staff of the Southern Pines location were amazing to work with. It was the first time that I rented a vehicle and the process was seamless. The vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. They will definitely be my first call the next time I need a rental.
This exact location just cost anyone I know from ever going to any enterprise rental car after I post this review and inform anyone I know. Here goes the story in short form. I call down and reserve a car, all is good until I get there. I am helping my pastor and his wife who is also a pastor move from WV to Southern Pines,NC and then get my hotel next to enterprise.
