Not open! Can't get in touch with Enterprise to get a rental because of an insurance claim.
I'm just trying to speak with someone on the phone in that location. After holding for quite some time, the young man I spoke with put me on hold and then disconnected me. So i called again, was on hold for nearly 15 minutes when the system told me to call again later. Very frustrating. Nevermind....I will contact another location.
This is the absolute worst rental car location u can go to. I called and told them the date and time I would be there and that I needed a truck. They said I was good to go. Come to pick up the truck and they say they don't have anything for me and that I didn't call. Now I have to drop my truck off to get fixed and find a ride to another location.
