The reservation, check out and check back in was smooth and excellent service. The car was awesome, the right size and ran great. All in all, my renting with enterprise made the trip worry free and memorable. Thank you

Had my worst experience ever the assistant manager never told me about using my debit card you need proof of address. I showed her ( my card ) for my address confidentiality program id. Issue by the state of idaho. They would not rent me a car without knowing where I I ive. So what point of being in this program???????

I booked a car several weeks prior to the date I needed it. They called the night before to confirm my reservation. When I arrived at the location on the day of, they didn’t have a car that would work. The employee said they had checked for the size I needed the night before and did not find one between Twin Falls and Ontario. I’m wondering why they just started the search after calling me to confirm. The employee also claimed they had tried to call me that morning to let me know. No missed calls, no texts, no emails.
