Had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car located in Meridian Idaho on Fairview. Ben, Tony & Matt we're very helpful & accommodating in fulfilling my request for a certain type of vehicle. Rented a SUV to take my son and grandkids on vacation out of the area, the Enterprise car made the ride so much more enjoyable for us and our two dogs. The staff are very professional, courteous, patient, thoughtful and respectful. They work hard to accommodate their clients' needs. I highly recommend Enterprise.

We booked a vehicle months in advanced, when we arrived they said they didn’t have it becuase they don’t book specific vehicles just the vehicle size. Okay, but then they didn’t have any of the size available at any locations. Not sure what the point of booking ahead is… wasted our time and gas. Drove out 1 time to book, a second time to look at the vehicle, and a third time for pickup. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values their time.
