Staff is always helpful and went in a pickle. They got me going quickly and painlessly. Definitely the spot I use for all of my local rental needs.
I had a great experience with easy pick up/drop off. They made it pretty stress free.
They have terrible customer service behavior. I had a reservation in Garden City, but they didn’t have any vehicles available and I got moved to Meridian. I called Meridian location before to confirm they had one before I ubered here. I got here, gave my ID, but they want a credit card, to insert. Won’t accept tap to pay, won’t let me tell them the digits despite having a key pad to enter it on. This would have been great information to know when I was on the phone with them earlier.
