We made reservations weeks before online. Upon checking in we were told the vehicle was not available. No one contacted us to let us know. The vehicle they gave us was almost on Empty, windshield and all windows with water spots/smears and dirt. The inside was dirty, with crumbs, dust and food. If it were not for the fact we were on a time crunch, we would've just went to another place. The employees seemed rushed and very unprofessional. We will not be using Enterprise in the future.
This place is a complete mess. Tony, the so-called manager, allows his staff (like Shakira) to put cars up for rent that either don’t exist, aren’t actually available, or are damaged. Somehow, these vehicles still show up on their roster as if they’re legitimate rentals. How is this even allowed to pass as a business practice?
Avoid this business at all costs. The manager, Tony, oversees a system where employees rent cars that are either not available, don’t exist, or are listed as acceptable despite being damaged. It’s completely misleading to customers and raises serious questions about this business.
I had a fantastic experience renting from these guys. I would definitely recommend. Very nice people.
Had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car located in Meridian Idaho on Fairview. Ben, Tony & Matt we're very helpful & accommodating in fulfilling my request for a certain type of vehicle. Rented a SUV to take my son and grandkids on vacation out of the area, the Enterprise car made the ride so much more enjoyable for us and our two dogs.
