Just a quick shout out to Chris Tindle (Managment Trainee) at the Enterprise downtown location in Grand Junction, Colorado. I was able to reserve my vehicle online thru the Enterprise app, which I highly recommend. Once I arrived to the Enterprise downtown location, I think I had my rental car in less than 5 minutes. I rented a vehicle online through the Grand Junction Enterprise location on 5th Street (not the airport). I specifically reserved a luxury sedan through their website. A couple of days before our trip, I received a call informing me that they do not have luxury vehicles available at that location. That was the first time I was made aware of this.
