Very nice car. Customer service was amazing. I was happy with my rental. I recommend 100%. Agent Skyler was amazing.
I use this location quite frequently and I can tell this place is run with purpose and care. Megan, who seems to be the boss, sets a high standard; she’s clearly serious about customer satisfaction and runs a tight operation. They were easy to work with and made the process very simple!
I rented a car because my car was in an accident and my insurance company uses this company. I was to put down a 50.00 deposit. They took 471.00 out of my account on the day before a holiday! I hope Enterprise had a great holiday because mine was awful! Who knows when my money will be back in my account! You can't get an answer from them! I would not use this company until their customer service improves, like actually take an interest in customer service!
