I reserved a car weeks in advance, and Enterprise called me the day before to confirm my reservation. Then I showed up and was told they didn’t have a car for me. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude. She told me I could take a minivan instead, which was completely unacceptable. I reserved a specific type of vehicle weeks in advance. Enterprise took the worry out of our vacation. Very helpful in exchanging a large vehicle for a smaller one when my needs changed. All staff encountered was very professional and assisted with a smile! The only company to rent a vehicle from!!!
