Very professional they work hard to make sure that even if problems occurs they try to resolve it in favor of customer.
I will NEVER pay for a rental with Enterprise ever again... About a week ago, I rented a vehicle with a reservation and it was a horrible experience. It was so horrible I wrote the message below to the customer care email provided on their website that SAME day as I waited & they apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned that the email was forwarded to the "Regional Management Team" and that I would hear back from someone between 3-5 business days.
