I always have the BEST experience at this Enterprise (far better than Ive had at other locations). The staff is always accomodating, cars are always ready, theyre friendly, kind and quick to help. I wont go anywhere else!
Brandon at the kannapolis enterprise was HORRIBLE! Only a few mins past my reservations pick up time and he said he had just rented to someone else( which I believe was just a lie)He had no other vehicles. Refused to Give me his supervisor number. Was to busy playing loud HORRIBLE language music. Wouldn't do anything to get me a vehicle. Don't understand how they stay in business doing people this way. Kannapolis NC Enterprise Rental car care about people.
Cayse and Jordan are absolutely the best! I have rented a lot of cars from different locations in the past however the last few times I have been to this one. This will be the only location that I will rent from now on! These two guys go beyond the expectations! I believe that great customer service keeps the customers coming back! They deserve a raise!
