I went through price line to reserve a convertible from enterprise 3 weeks before needing it. The kannapolis location when I called to confirm it would be a convertible availible on site for my pickup. They replied they could not garrentee a convertible due to high demand. I booked a rental on 4/16 for 6/28-7/05. I booked it advance because I knew this was a busy week. When we was 5 mins away to pick up the rental, we recieved a call stating they let someone who drove to their location extend their rental and that they no longer had a van availible for me, he told me to cancel and call another location.
