Rented from Enterprise, Cannon Blvd, a great experience since I had been dealing with insurance. I wasn’t off the phone with them 60 seconds and Casey with Enterprise called. Now that’s service. This was a great experience, thank you Casey.
The selection of vehicles was great but the service of both the manager Jordan Spry and assistant manager Cayse Minor are the reason we keep coming back to this location. We have rented 2x in the last 2 months and have had such great service from them both. Very hard working and dedicated team there in Kannapolis, NC. They always seem to be working to make us feel like they value our business and because of this we keep coming back.
Very professional,reliable, and would recommend to anyone.
