Car rental can be painful and I usually try to avoid, but this experience was great. Dropped a car at this location April 20th in the morning and the guy at the desk was very helpful.
Just told me after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby that they have no cars and I have to Uber to another location to find a car. Totally ridiculous!
Great location. Manager Tannner was awesome. And super friendly and knowledgeable
We enjoyed picking up and dropping off our vehicle at this location. The young lady who assisted us was very cheerful informative and had a very positive Attitude. If we return to Austin‘s domain area, we will most likely reconsider This specific location For how seamless Our experience was, the cost, and hoping that the young lady is still there!
