We enjoyed picking up and dropping off our vehicle at this location. The young lady who assisted us was very cheerful informative and had a very positive Attitude. If we return to Austin‘s domain area, we will most likely reconsider This specific location For how seamless Our experience was, the cost, and hoping that the young lady is still there! Very customer service when I walked in the door
Jason was the consummate professional and super nice!
All the staff were very kind and professional. Especially Ari, I was struggling with GPS and my phone service trying to find the return location. He tried very hard to help me. Even called me back when I could not hear him on my phone. When I finally found the location, he was so nice and understanding. He showed exceptional customer service that is not seen very much anymore.
Bad customer service my wife was on her way with the credit card to pay for the booking our car broke down we book our reservation we arrived 12.30 my wife was arriving at 1.10 the manager cancelled our reservation refused to wait 10 min . his response was I have to cancel can’t wait 10 min I have better things to do … we where with our kids told he told us to leave …what comes around go around I truly believe in this he attitude sucks people like this should not hold a manager position at this company people like this will ... read more
