Pretty unprofessional and unhelpful. Wouldn’t allow my husband to book a car that they’d both be driving, despite that he was there with his credit card in hand. Whether it was silly policy or bad management, I can’t say, but either way I can’t recommend this Enterprise - find another option for sure!
Thomas (Manager) and Kenneth (Rep) were extremely helpful, even Madison. It was a busy Sunday and they handled the office like professionals. Every one was attended to and they were transparent with the rental and any wait times or changes based on availability. I needed a car off my insurance for an accident and they helped explain ways to be able to save cost if needed for any extended time for repairs.
