This is the worst experience I ever had getting a car! I booked my car weeks before I arrived to New York and they waited till 1 hour before my car pickup to call and cancel my vehicle! I had cash or debit and because I had a out of state license I was denied a vehicle! That's the whole purpose of getting a car most the time!
I rented a car from the Watertown Enterprise and I would just like to say thank you to Taylor, Maddy and Max for the outstanding customer service that I received from calling and talking to Taylor about renting a car, Maddy for the smooth transaction and Max for the follow up call asking if everything was okay. I really appreciate all of you. I will definitely be doing business again in the future. . Again chefs kiss for the outstanding customer service from you all at the Watertown Enterprise
