In my experience they overbook cars and later are calling everyone saying there’s no cars available. Basically wasting peoples time, don’t offer what you don’t have. Should be an option that let you freeze bookings. Get to the place to get my reservation and they don’t have vehicles available until 4pm, if I made the reservation for 8am is because I needed at that time, after cancelling the reservation because there was anything they could do heard like 3 more calls having the same issue.
