Great Service! Friendly and Efficient!
Tried giving me a piece of crap dodge charger with front bumper damage that was held together with tape / glue. It looked like it was very unsafe. The employees ignored my concerns and acted like it should be fine... Everyone there should be fired.
Very professional staff and smooth transaction.
Overall my experience was rather frustrating. I reserved a pickup truck with 5 seat passenger capabilities and had to be rejected by not only one but two different locations that the Enterprise call center and even Expedia assured me the locations had available. Not only was this unprofessional but after my original reservation came to just over $500 dollars I had to pay almost an additional $300 dollars and settle for a vehicle that was not what I had reserved forcing me to change the entire plan for my vacation.
