Setting up pickup and return was easy and all smooth transactions. The employees were very kind and informative and, because there weren't any cars available in my preference, I was given an upgrade at no extra charge. ABSOLUTELY PREDATORY. Gave my card for a $50 deposit, my insurance company reserved the car for me. After insurance $ was up Emily called as I was being rolled into recovery after a surgery and told me I’d be charged $29/day. My card was charged daily.
