Manager Annette has been wonderful setting me up with rental vehicles since my own car broke down and while I've been shopping for a new car. Several times she has gone out of her way to provide me with outstanding service. When I mentioned I might be interested in purchasing a specific make/model (new), she made the effort to seek out those cars for me to "test drive" as rentals, which has been very helpful to me.
