The battery died on the car I was given and I had to go to another enterprise to get a new rental in the middle of my vacation. No upgrades offered, no discount offered for the inconvenience whatsoever just, “Here’s another car.” Because roadside assistance had to come out to me to assess the vehicle when it wouldn’t start, Enterprise added a charge to my bill for roadside assistance which I had to convince the clerk when I returned that I shouldn’t be charged for. He finally relented after much discussion.

This place was pretty good and I recently had a very great experience with them and will rent again... The big new Jeep was very nice too

Alamo was not being helpful over a simple flat tire. Sent my wife to this location who basically shrugged and said “Our doors are open but we’re closed.” When she pointed out that we have a reservation and were sent here they informed us they have no cars. Sent an uber to take her to a new location who tried to turn her away also. Stranded in a place we are not from and have never been before this week. Our one day to relax was instead spent being shepherded all over the county and brushed off like we didn’t matter. Do not g... read more
