I reserved a van for 05/21/2025 at 10:30am, I was told my van is not available. Why would you confirm that you had a vehicle available for me, which wasn't the case. Then you would assume since it was not available then you would just give me another vehicle that is available. They charged me another $20 to get another vehicle, even though it wasn't my fault.
