I have called the Ashtabula store multiple times to resolve my card being charged an additional 29.99 and a security deposit that was NEVER returned originally I dealt with Deshon the asst manager he refuses to resolve the issue. I have left messages with HIM for his boss to contact me no calls I’m sure he isn’t giving the messages to his boss Hope. Deshon ran unauthorized charges on my debit card and has ignored any and all requests to resolve this matter. It’s really sad people like this feel the need to condone themselves... read more
At first felt like the lady had an attitude but she actually got me in and out very fast which I liked very much and everything was on point.
The vehicle had been smoked in and the smell was very strong. The vehicle was dirty. I found a pair of dirty socks in the 2nd row and crushed pretzels in the 3rd row. After driving home from picking up my rental I parked the vehicle in my garage in preparation for mine and my families 5 and a half hour trip the next morning.
