If it wasn't for Eden I would give Enterprise a 1. They took my reservation through the main line. When I got there I was told there were no cars. It was a necessity that I had a car due to mine being in the repair shop. Eden came through. She kept her cool and with a room full of unhappy people she was able to problem solve and resolve all issues

They overbook vehicles and there’s no reliable way to know what the vehicle you have reserved. Will actually be there when you get there. Probably the same situation with other rental agencies, but this certainly didn’t help me feel like I wanted to use this company again.
Clean car
Stay away from this place. We reserved a mid sized sedan not available when they had 10 in the lot. and we were offered a monster truck at 3 X the price. Don’t count on this place. Don’t make the trip for unless you like getting screwed.
