The professionalism of both agents, the one I encountered with the pickup and the young man who i encountered when I returned the rental. Both were thorough and efficient.
Today in a very frustrating situation for me, the customer, Branch Manger, Aaron Campbell-Brown provided excellent customer service. He deescalated the situation with a calm voice, an explanation and options for a solution. My behavior was unacceptable. Thankfully, he did not match my bad behavior. I would recommend this Enterprise location for you next car rental. If you have a problem, asked for Mr. Campbell-Brown.
They charge me for a smoking fee i never smoked in the vehicle not once always outside the car i was a couple hours late dropping it off they said it a be a $119 extra day fee, i said ok cool but that manager sorry
