Fast and easy
I had a terrible experience with Sarah, the branch manager at store #5531, located at 5355 North Frontage Rd in Jackson, MS. She was dismissive, rude, and wouldn’t let me explain the reservation type. Despite my confirming the reservation and location 48 hours and again the day before, she refused to look up the reservation initially and interrupted me repeatedly after asking me questions.
