They called me to set up a car. Found the right car that I needed. Very polite!
I always have a wonderful experience. I’m a very frequent renter from this location (2+ time per month usually) and I’ve never had a bad experience. Jayden is very friendly and always pleasant and extremely helpful. The new manager has been very kind, as well. I’ve only ever had one car I’ve had issues with (just a simple window going out) and they resolved it immediately. I have no troubles at this location. Jayden, sorry if I spelled wrong, is always cool calm and collected even when busy. That man needs a raise. The way he speaks with his customers, very professional. I will always go back to that location because of him. I try to tell anyone who needs a rental to go there and ask for Jayden. The other guy is accommodating, just don't know his name, professional and nice
