I rented a car last week and the customer's service was excellent. The gentleman had a smile on his face the entire time as he prepared my paperwork. He ensured that I was happy with the car selection. He made a long end of the day comfortable.
I rented a vehicle for 7 days while my car was being repaired. Pennsylvania Tag KCF 8932 Nissan. I protected the car from injury, better than I would my own. After returning the car, and leaving the rental company, I received a call from the rep. stating there was damage on the car. I disputed the damage, but they filed a claim. Never again will I rent from company and discourages others from renting, just in case a similar incident occurs.
The representative was polite and they treated me with respect. They made sure that I had a ride to my next destination. I enjoyed the car also. It was clean and drove great.
