It was my first time using Enterprise and from the moment the shuttle picked up my family and I from the JFK airport it was a pleasurable experience. The staff at the Jamaica office was great. She was was very patient, knowledgeable, and conducted herself very professionally. The staff at our drop off location at the Newark airport was also a pleasure to work with. A positive rental experience all the way around. Enterprise has earned my business and I will definitely use them again.
My experience is great. Llamont from Enterprise offers good service. I rent from this location all the time. There are several car rental companies. Enterprise is the one I chose the most often.
I have been a loyal enterprise user for years, however I had an unpleasant experience over Christmas. I mistakenly chose "Manager's Choice" which ended up being a pickup truck. I admit I chose the "Manager's Choice", but I would definitely not have chosen that if I knew it could be a pick up truck. That was certainly not communicated, upon making my reservation; we were forced to then "upgrade" to a standard sedan (which by the way was not in great condition). Best customer service experience, everyone that I had dealt with had the best attitude and were extremely helpful! Highly recommend this location!
When we rented a car at JK Airport they took a 523$ deposit from our credit card account. When we were returning the car at Charleston airport they charged another 523$ instead of using the deposited sum. As a result we have a shortage of fund on our credit card not enough money to book a hotel.
It is the best I rent from Enterprise for 22 years this location JFK is the best , I will do it again
Everyone at this location is excellent from the manager down. Rent from this location and you will leave and return happy with the service, selection and instructions on their cars.
Best customer service in New York City. Way to go. Every staff member was courteous and went out of there way to insure our satisfaction.
