We had a wonderful experience with Enterprise! Elijah was the BEST!!! We had a few little hiccups on our trip and he took great care of us! I highly recommend renting through the airport! It saved us a lot of money! Hopefully you’re lucky and get Elijah while you’re there!

I used to use Budget at DTW but 80% of the time there was an issue. No car for me at the fast break spot, super long lines, texting 3 days later asking me to turn in the car that I’d already turned in (twice), etc. I gave Enterprise a try and it was a night and day difference. No wait, nice car, very friendly and helpful, and even offered an upgrade on my next visit after I mentioned that they should change the key fob battery because the light had just come on for it. Enterprise at DTW is my new go to when flying there.
Best rental experience ever. Upgraded to full size truck, quick help with figuring out sound system. Super funny driver Andrew on the return shuttle. Happy employees, nice to see for a corporation.
