Pickup took about 30 minutes, as they were (admittedly) seriously understaffed. I use Enterprise to avoid these situations. You know how many people have reserved on a Saturday afternoon - it's no surprise - so have adequate help.
Everything went great, easy pickup and awesome car.
Checking in and dropping off was easy and quick. The shuttle driver Candy Man was an added bonus.
