It was very busy the day we picked up our rental but Will got us through as quickly and efficiently as he could. And a week later at drop off time it was not busy at all so Elizabeth got us through in less than 5 minutes. Pretty impressive! We'll continue to use Enterprise as the need arises! Keep up the good work!
Had a fee issues. Was giving the option to upgrade to a full size but was then told it was not available. Once I was given a vehicle when trying to leave the parking lot was told could not have that vehicle and would need something else. On the 2nd day which was a Sunday the screen went out while driving to northern MI. Called customer service who supposedly but in a rush request for resolution but never received a call.
