Called this Naperville location this morning. The guy told me that bcuz our reservation was at a different Enterprise location, that he couldn’t transfer the reservation. Specifically, “We don’t have that capability.” Yet, other locations can do that??? Our reservation was transferred twice yesterday by other Enterprise staff members, bcuz one location was closed and another didn’t have the size vehicle that we needed.
