Brunswick Enterprise was one of my best car rental experiences. I asked for a pick-up at 3pm and the driver was there exactly on-time. The car was great and zero problems with driving over 3,000 miles in a little over 3 weeks. The counter agents were experienced and very polite. I would definitely rent from them again.
I travel with a large brokerage as a Benefits Counselor throughout the year. I am gone from 4 to 6 weeks at the time, driving to all locations. Joe and his co workers made my work experience much less stressful from beginning to end. It is refreshing to see such phenomenal customer service!
Twice I rented a car from Enterprise in the last two months on short notice, and both times the customer service was excellent in every way. Pick-up and turn-in was hassle free and quickly accomplished. I highly recommend this company!
I rented a car from enterprise last month to go on a Tennessee vacation. The young man that assisted me was very nice and accommodating. The car that they had for me was a SUV and I would rather have a car. He told me he could help me and he found me a car to drive. Everyone in the office was nice.
