The worst car-rental service experience I have had so far. Made a preliminary reservation, was told to call back the next morning as multiple vehicles would supposedly be available, only to find out the next day there are none and to await a call back in 20 minutes. Waited 45 min. before calling the branch again, upon which I was put on hold by the branch manager before being disconnected entirely. Ni one even bothered to call me back. Disrespectful and ridicuously ignorant customer service. Black PR from now on.
Enterprise got me a car at 4th of July holiday weekend – a minor miracle – after my car was rear-ended. ALSO, I was out of town AND able to return rental at a different location which was so convenient. Friendly, customer-focused, CAN–DO attitude – THE BEST!!! THANK YOU to the ISSAQUAH, WA team for all your support!!❤️🚙💯
