Always completely happy with the Issaquah office. They are pleasant, polite, and always nice.
I booked a car rental and they confirmed, then right before I was to pick up the car they let me know they couldn’t get one at the arranged time. I asked and called repeatedly for updates and even spoke to a “manager” and no one could do me the courtesy of calling back or offering a remedy. I was left basically stranded in Issaquah and had to book another night at a hotel (thank goodness the room was even available on this busy weekend) having heard nothing from them. Enterprise in Issaquah has the friendliest most helpful and professional staff. They get you in and out quickly. I will always rent from them. Highly recommend!

The worst car-rental service experience I have had so far. Made a preliminary reservation, was told to call back the next morning as multiple vehicles would supposedly be available, only to find out the next day there are none and to await a call back in 20 minutes. Waited 45 min. before calling the branch again, upon which I was put on hold by the branch manager before being disconnected entirely. Ni one even bothered to call me back. Disrespectful and ridicuously ignorant customer service. Black PR from now on.
