Poor...we got there at 458 for 5pm scheduled pickup and he was in a car across the street in a car as if ready to leave..I believe was locked up. Customer had told them shed be there at 5..we were 2 min early. Car they gave her was the one he and woman were in?? Dirty..not washed for some days..poor poor poor. Shed left message at 445 assuring shed be there .crazy phone tree..but no person..but clearly were not prepared e d fot her! Very disappointing

I booked a car online and received an order confirmation. I got to Enterprise 25 minutes after my reservation, waited 5 minutes, to only be told they have no cars available. I asked what’s the point of a reservation then and got an excuse saying we should call before hand to ensure availability of their own vehicles. I’d rather the online booking system to be accurate and not lied to.

Great delivery and pick up service. I had my car in the shop from a collision and they dropped the rental off at the shop where my car was being fixed in a very timely manner and they also picked the rental car up there as well. Everything was explained to me clearly and the process was simple, fast and professional. It was a clean car and fun to drive. I definitely recommend this location if you need a rental car.
