There online "reservation" system doesn't actually corespond to the cars they have available, making it a complete waste of time.
These people suck. They are liars. I book a car with them and they send me confirmation guarantee my booking. Then they call and say that they have to cancel because they have nothing at the lot. I guess it was too much for them to take a peek outside and see if they have any cars available. If you have nothing, you shouldn't commit to something you don't have.
