We picked up the car in Decatur, Texas and returned it to Greeley, Colorado. The staff was great. The car was great. Everything went smooth.
Great experience! Fantastic customer service, convenient location, and easy to extend rental. Will be using them again the end of the month.
The male front desk worker is rude and did not take customer service into account for anyone that came in. Will not be using this location again. Horrible Service
10/6/25 If i could gave this location 0 stars i would . My insurance company had them call me today after being involved in a accident. They called me SUPER RUDE woman she got mad and irate when I started asking questions And when I ask, how much would their insurance was. She talked very rude and angry and hung up on me and blocked my number So I could not call back she called from a Fort Worth 682 number and I was trying to confirm she was in Decatur Texas which is 940 area code. and she got pissed off about that. Enterprise doesn't post on the website that out of state driver's license are not accepted. What do they do if somebody is driving through and breaks down and has to run a car?? It's the dumbest policy I've ever heard of for a rental car company. And yes I will be relaying this to corporate as well.
