First, the employees at this location, Brendan and Lucas, were polite, efficient, good communicators, and good problem solvers. The location did not have the number or type of vehicles needed, but we got a car we were happy with and a price break for the trouble. We would go here again. The four stars would have been five except for the problem with availability. Employees were great.
We picked up the car in Decatur, Texas and returned it to Greeley, Colorado. The staff was great. The car was great. Everything went smooth.
Great experience! Fantastic customer service, convenient location, and easy to extend rental. Will be using them again the end of the month.
The male front desk worker is rude and did not take customer service into account for anyone that came in. Will not be using this location again. Horrible Service
