I do have one compliment. The young woman that helped me on Monday was fantastic! Personable, funny, and provided excellent service. A true gem. The only shining star I've dealt with in four days. I got a Nissan Sentra that shook so violently after getting on the freeway that my cheeks were shaking. The water bottle in the console was shaking and my bag fell of the passenger seat. This was, without a doubt, the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The Crestview, FL location provided appalling service and a vehicle that was in an unsanitary condition. ​Upon receiving the car, I was horrified to discover it was infested with roaches. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. ​The poor service didn't stop there. The Enterprise website claims they provide a ride service for customers living within 10 miles. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! Sorry to write this review because I work in a service industry, but when you take funds nefariously from a customer, hang up on them when they call, and fail to correct it, it needs to be done. I rented a car for my son in-law, as we were in Boone, NC for my daughter's wedding and his car broke down. He has two young children and was stranded on a country road. I want to commend Joey and Skyler for their professionalism. I was recently in a car accident. Joey was able to get me a car immediately(Lincoln Navigator) through my insurance, and Skyler delivered it to me at the hospital when I was discharged. I don't care about any of the previous bad reviews. They are great, and you should go to Enterprise for all of your car rental needs!!!

ENTERPRISE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! My personal car broke down an hour and half from home. We had just started our vacation and were on a 4 hour trip. We eventually got a tow and uber to the Tampa Airport to pick up rental from Enterprise. I though my car would be fixed the next day but due to tow truck driven who never delivered my car to the dealership... until I threatened to call the police and report it stolen. Awful!!!  awful staff managers and company. Was told different things every time I came to rent a car. They denied and lied the details blaming it on a new person. Did not try and apologize or understand my side- just barked at me to leave. While they were calling me a liar. Awful management and staff. Fire them all. No customer service skills at all. I remained calm but was clearly upset be iE every time I came to clear up the rental, it was different things needed every time. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

My best advice don’t rent from Plymouth, Indiana location  This isn’t the first time its  the third time that we rented a truck and it was not available. Rented a car with the extra insurance. The car was faulty and they tried to say I damaged it! I will never rent a other car from them again!
