Other than a few employees calling in sick at the top of the morning, and only one person at the desk. Everything was great. I have to say, the gentleman was trying his best..that's all I can ask for, but I was late getting to my destination by 50 minutes because of it. The support staff was great when they got to me. One option that Enterprise should offer, let us purchase the Satellite radio feed for the duration of the rental.
The white 2014 KIA SEDONA LX I rented from them had a pet smell, but not bad enough for me to contact them. Not my first time renting with them, and surely won't be my last. Recommended!!
Simple, easy to work with. They even spent a little extra time shining up the car for me since it was for my wife that day. Excellent customer service.
Excellent staff, easy to find location, great car and affordable. I could not have been better cared for or served!
Helpful, nice and very accommodating. All staff was nice, especially the real nice lady from Indiana. It wasn't just me, I saw them dealing with other customers and really helping them out. Good selection of cars etc. the only thing i wish they would address is the car rating system, meaning, I feel they are discretionary about car classes to make more money.
