Excellent Customer Service. The pick up time was prompt as well as the time required to complete the rental. The drop off was as easy as making the reservation and picking up the rental.

Had problems paying for the rental because my rental reservation was there had to pay twice much then qouted n had to deposit 50$ more than what was charged so it will go thru the payment and had provide seven diff mail n identity to rent it and I was out of state was jumped n mugged n car was stolen called them n they won't help me get home cuz nooney to pay for that plus new one for them bring me home and they are saying on my profile I never rented in past no current rental and no rental been returned what the hell is the... read more

I rented a car from enterprise when my truck was in the shop I needed the car for more than the one day all I had to do was call let enterprise know I needed it longer I was told not a problem they was very understanding u have a great group of people at the elkhart store Thank You Diana Young

I have rented cars there on multiple occasions. I have always had great service. You can even rent GPS and ipass . You do not have to pay an extra fee for a second driver.
