Great customer service, staff and location !
Absolutely worst customer service ever! Called them to make a reservation and explain to them that I needed to tow something and then when I got there, they said that I couldn’t tow with any other vehicles and then proceeded to tell me that I’m sorry that there was nothing they could do because it was from their cooperate booking person and that there’s nothing that they can do if they tell you one thing they can’t help you out either way. Would highly recommend asking a lot of questions before you rent a vehicle from them.
TAYLOR STRICKLER!! Is really where all these stars are coming from. You couldn’t pay me to go to any other rental place but more than that you couldn’t pay me to deal with another person. Taylor is a MVP. He made my move happen when the rental I chose wasn’t even available for a “one way”. Not only did he just make my extremely stressful move so much more less stressful he made sure I understood any fees and gave me options to save money.
