I did the whole process online, I came to pick up the car and I had to wait 35 minutes, never going back to this location. (At some point I felt that they didn’t attend to me because I’m Latino, and maybe they think I didn’t understand What they were saying).
I would like to publicly thank Enterprise for the effort they did and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy and taken care of. They cared about me, their customer. Thank you!
They have always been willing to bend over backwards if needed to help us. We do all our rentals there when we need them. Thanks again for helping us while one of our vehicles was in the shop.
