We originally rented a car from Arizona when we got to Springfield we realized we needed something bigger Kiano at the Kearney location was very helpful with our upgrade, he had us in and out his communication was on point and he made sure we were good. He made this very pleasant because we definitely was stressed out that day.. Thank you Kiano
Same story. Rented a economy car over the internet. They called the day of pick up and stated they had no cars but had some that cost more money. Bait and switch. Called customer service twice and can't get a manager or corporate to even return a call. Seems its a practice that most their sites use to rent a higher priced car. Next I'll file a complaint with the attorney general and see where if at all if it goes anywhere.
Very poor service. Fee's without explanation. No choice of car rental.
