Failed to maintain their vehicle, then gave it to me for a 3000 mile road trip
All employees were very professional, before during and after the rental.
I reserved a car days in advance, but when I was about five minutes away from the location, they canceled my reservation because they had no vehicles available. I had already paid for an Uber from the airport, so I wasted both my time and money. A simple phone call before I left the airport would have prevented all of this. Poor communication and a frustrating experience. I won’t be renting from this location again.
