Horrible horrible horrible experience! Manager was very tacky n ugly n unprofessional in front of others ! Even made people ask me was everything okay because the way he was speaking to me! Everything about this place was completely messed up the min I pulled in & didn’t communicate with the reservation Department they had none of the cars I was “ expecting holding” until it was time for me to pick up! I received exceptional service from them even the morning after a hailstorm had damaged many of their cars. Really appreciate how they stepped up their game under adversity to take care of us.
