cheap prices, low selection have used their services several times. The main problem with their services is that they have so many clients that one might not get the wanted car. For instance, I wanted a medium size car last summer, I reserved it in advance but when I went to pick it up, they gave me a much smaller economy car. Weekend rate They have a weekend deal for 30$ economy car. I made a reservation and when I showed up they were out (!) of those cars so I had to rent a more expensive one. They also charged me the same price for insurance, so in the end the "deal" came not to be the best deal after all!
Unpleasant experience I rented a car for one day from Enterprise. They gave me a 2004 Kia Rio which was the worst car I've ever driven. The problems were that it had a very weak engine which could bearly climb small hills and air seeping into the car between door and windows which made a terrible noise. I also forgot my coffee mug in the car, but when I called them two days later they said they didn't find it. PROS: cheap? CONS: bad cars, poor customer service
