MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY UNSATISFIED OF THE SERVICE AT ENTERPRISE!!! WITH NO WARNING THEY DID NOT HONOR OUR RESERVATION ON THE DAY OF OUR SUMMER VACATION!!! THEY SENT US TO TWO OTHER LOCATIONS (TROY, MADISON HIGHTS, AND ROYAL OAK MICHIGAN) AND EITHER PLACE WASN'T ABLE TO HONOR OUR RESERVATION WHICH WE BOOKED OVER 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! IF YOU NEED A RENTAL VEHICLE PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH ENTERPRISE IT WILL BE A TOTAL LOSS OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
You guys suck. Horrible and unhelpful. What a way to treat a customer after 5 years. Booooo.

Great Service and Friendly Staff. They did a great job finding us a Vehicle even when they were out of cars. We really appreciated their services. We had a few car issues and they were more than helpful by giving us a refund. That was unexpected. So I recommend this particular Royal Oak location.
Enterprise in Royal Oak MI. Is the best. They make car rental easy easy. LaTrice is a customer service standout!
