I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with my local Enterprise Rent-A-Car branches. The teams are professional, personable, approachable, and genuinely safety-conscious. Had to rent a vehicle for my daughter because they would not accept her debit card. That in turn caused her to have to pay extra as an approved driver and pay for more insurance, because my insurance wouldn't cover since I was not traveling with her. According to their website, a debit card can be used, possibly with more restrictions - which she satisfied. I feel like it was a scam to validate their charging more. The vehicle itself was fine.
