They took great care of me with my Malibu rental!
I tried to get a defective vehicle switched out to a properly working vehicle for 4 days and they didn't have any cars in stock to switch out to and was unable to get a vehicle from somewhere to switch out the defective vehicle. They told me they would have a vehicle in stock 6 days from the pick up date of the defective vehicle.
Very good customer service. Very happy with the people and the cars I have rented from them.
The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. We originally booked a premium truck rental, but it did not fit our car seats. The manager was able to get us a full size SUV from another location last minute. We were very appreciative and look forward to working with them in the future.
