Extremely impressive team here. Connor heads one of the best Enterprise locations I’ve come across! Marily C. greeted me with a warm smile upon entering their office and made the process super easy. She is very knowledgeable and amazing to work with! Quincy is very nice and ensured my vehicle was thoroughly clean but ready promptly after my arrival. Rented a vehicle for my wife and daughter to drive to Chicago for the weekend. Originally booked a full size car but made a last minute choice to upgrade to a small SUV. Aaron at the branch was friendly and accommodating. Turns out my daughter left a backpack in the car which we didn’t notice was missing for 2 weeks. I called the branch and they had it in their lost and found. The backpack’s contents were completely intact. So they certainly clean the vehicles after each use.
