Staff was excellent and met my needs. My poor experience was with the car itself. I was lucky enough to be able to rent the 2024 Mustang 5.0. Unfortunately it had a slow air leak in the left rear tire and I got stuck in WV driving to NCbecause the car did not have a spare tire in the trunk. A good man that had an air compressor helped me fill the tire enough to get home. As much as I was nursing it putting more air in it every day for about 7 days or so, the tire kept loosing air quicker every day. I had to trade out. What w... read more
