Rented two separate cars this week . Kernersville staff fantastic as always. Great fast service , friendly folks
Staff is super friendly and helpful at the Kernersville, NC location. Vehicles are reliable and just what we needed on several occasions. I just booked another rental from there for our next trip.
See updated and revised review at the end. Staff was excellent and met my needs. My poor experience was with the car itself. I was lucky enough to be able to rent the 2024 Mustang 5.0. Unfortunately it had a slow air leak in the left rear tire and I got stuck in WV driving to NCbecause the car did not have a spare tire in the trunk. A good man that had an air compressor helped me fill the tire enough to get home. My experience here was insulting and disrespectful. I called before my pickup time, but there was no way available to speak to a live person. When I did go into pickup my car, the requirements were explained in a condescending tone. There must be better places to rent a car.
