This is the most difficult and frustrating experience I have had renting a car in my life. After being told two completely different things by the employees inside vs out regarding payment, the worker charged my debit card then reversed the charge without asking. That immediately put me out $580 which I am still waiting to receive back from my bank. I had a very disappointing experience today with Samantha Mendoza, the Branch Manager at this Enterprise location. Her behavior toward me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I came in expecting to rent a vehicle and initially was told I could get one. When I asked a simple question regarding the $200 deposit based on my previous experiences with Enterprise, Samantha became dismissive and ultimately told me that she would not rent me the vehicle. Fast friendly and professional crew. Matt was amazing
If I could give a lower star review I would. This place is a disorganized shit show. They are all about overbooking and not having the adequate number of cars to accommodate their reservations. I’m going on three hours of waiting for my car and watching Morgan on the phone give cars away to people calling in as opposed to giving those cars to the people in the waiting room. This place is horrible.
