First of all when you go there wait 30 minutes to pick up your rental and second things I already reserved a truck online but when I got here she said oh your book in the last minutes we pretty booked out I can’t help so frustrated it she is so disrespectful I wait 30 minutes not a great customer service.
This particular Enterprise location went above and beyond to get me reliable transportation while my car was in the shop for repairs. From their GM Chevy down to Jashell, Stu, Ashton, and Marq...they truly made sure I had the best experience possible considering the circumstances. I know where to go next time I'm in need. Thank you all!
Very professional and all were very nice. First time renting from this location and I would definitely come back... they made it so easy and fast.....only complaint we had that there is no drop off key box for after hours. But still would come back.
I love the gps and the maps.
