Absolutely AMAZING experience. Everyone who works here is so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. All those awards they have on display in their lobby are no joke. They will do everything they possibly can to help you out. I had an extremely minor problem with the rental car about three minutes down the road from this location. When I called to ask about the problem, one of the folks who works here drove out to see the car herself and help me fix the issue I couldn't figure out. Easy affordable process, on line reservation made it so easy, about 70 per day with a 300 deposit.
Enterprise is THE ONLY place I will ever rent a car from!!! The people who work at the Petaluma location are EXCEPTIONAL!! Nathanial, Justin, and Katie are all wonderful, knowledgeable, understanding, and extremely professional!!! I ❤️this place! They make it very easy to rent a vehicle even on short notice!!
