This is the best place to rent a car in town. The team of workers are fanstatic. They are like Family , treated with lots respect , kind , very friendly.. I love this store and my friends

Reserved a sedan, was able to upgrade with out a problem. Great customer service. Have used them many times and will continue to use them.
Reserved a SUV through my insurance company while mine was in the shop. AC was not working on a 90+ day. Had to wait two days for a replacement which was a Jetta, and had to wait in line in the store while they implied my wife didn't know how to work the AC. Not impressed, could do much better.
I reserved a full size vehicle with them and went over that evening to pick it up. There was an other customer that was being helped ahead of me inline. He was repeatedly asked what size car he wanted and his answer every time was that it doesn't really matter to him. Ofcourse the personnel at the counter checked on the computer that there was not any reservations holding up a full size car for rest of the day and gave him a full size. I recently rented a car there and upon pick up they told me no driver was available. That drivers are available for pick up and drop off only if one calls in advance. Fair enough, so when it was time to return the car, I called a day early and reserved a driver. Upon returning the car I was told no driver was available. It was a bold lie to tell me that a driver would be available and they had no problem with stranding me. I would have been much better off to pay more and not been inconvenienced and stranded.
