Was told once I got confirmation that they were out of cars, the 1800 operator told me that Grand Ave had some cars, so Grand Ave said York will pick me up shortly. No one came and i sat on in the cold for 2 hours called and they were closed.. How convenient and very unprofessional!

We were very pleased with the experience. Plus: Excellent customer service. Paperwork was handled efficiently and we were quickly on our way. Minus: Their mobile website could be better. Changing dates of travel requires you to start your whole search over again. More options, flexible dates would be helpful.

I was pleased to get upgraded to New and larger vehicle. Check in and out was a breeze. Clerks were very friendly.

Enterprise Rent a Car on N York Rd in Elmhurst... I've rented from there about a Dozen times. Today - they have a new Company Policy Change & because I'm using a Debit Card - they want me to fill out a Rental Request and provide them with References?!?!?! Apparently my money is no longer good there... and as a result to their lack of Customer service - I will never rent from them again. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU ALL LOOK FOR A NEW PLACE TOO!!!
