Great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Store was late opening. Also got halfway to my destination and my A/C went out. Then on the way home I had a flat. I'm on hour 18 waiting for a replacement. No spare or air pump in the van. I also have a disabled child they knew about. Still on hour 18. I have used Enterprise for 30 years. I looked the other way many times. Not this time. You made a child healing from cancer wait that long. I'm done with this unprofessional company.
Received a nice rental car, very clean. Great customer service. Easy check in/checkout. Received a ride back home upon drop off return. Friendly, professional agents. Very pleased.
