Excellent customer service consistently @ Enterprise’s location @ 4250 Geary Blvd. SF CA!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been my 'go to' for many years now in Florida and out of state, most recently in San Francisco at the 4250 Geary Blvd location. Always a good crew with professional and knowledgeable service and quality vehicles. Once, a couple years ago, when my reserved vehicle was not available at pick-up Enterprise upgraded me at no additional cost. I appreciated that level of customer service. I still own a vehicle I purchased from Enterprise car sales several years ago.
They are the worst. They cancelled on the mini-van I booked a month earlier 1 hour prior the rental time. As it was the Christmas holidays, I wasn’t able to find another and had to cancel my vacations. Who cancels a rental one hour prior in holiday season??
