This location is horrible. I booked a reservation to hold a rental for me. when I arrived at the location they tell me they ran out of cars. I wasn’t notify about this head of time. They did nothing to help solve the issue. Please don’t go to this location worst customer services. Save ur yourself the time and stress.
Avoid at all costs. They ran out of cars and Sent us to a location 20 mins away to get a car. Attendant was doing his best and was kind but honestly this is unacceptable and I’ve never had such a janky experience at an enterprise. When we got to the new location in Belleville the attendant was appalled at what was happening. Really frustrating and disappointing.
Great service and has after hours returns which make it very convenient to drop off the car
