made a reservation and showed up a few minutes early . talked to a guy named christopher brown and he was very short and rude and didn't mention any extra fees he added to my charge which was almost $500 for two days when the reservation only said about $125 . I understand extra fees but he could have said something before charging my card and then telling me there were no cars available . if I do go back , I am refusing to talk to mr. christopher .

Worst Enterprise experience ever! My first rental was filthy—they claimed they had no water and had been renting dirty cars all day. Then, my second rental had a strange noise, and when I called to inform them, the employee asked me to take it to their repair shop—which is absolutely not my responsibility. When I returned the second rental, I received a call from an employee asking if I still had the first rental—even though I had dropped it off weeks prior and watched him park it in the back. We have rented multiple times and dates . They have usually went above and beyond to assure our rental . This time was a flop . Reserved a car a month in advance for wheelchair access to be loaded so a decent size suv ( what we paid for) but was not what we received. It was an Hyundai that our luggage barely fit in. I feel like they should issue credit or points for making such a huge difference in vehicle. I have a ford focus that has more room than what they provided .
