We have used this location before. We were repeat customers. The rental was completely getting paid by the insurance company. after my wife was picked up and brought to their office to pick up our vehicle, we were told they were fees that we would have to be put in place for. That were waived last time but however by the new branch manager "Jonathan " , he would not budge or waiver proceeded to disrespect my wife , say "whatever "and walk off. Will not recomend Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Old Trolley Rd in Summerville.There was a big dispute and Davis Partin,Assistant Manager of Enterprise said it will work out after he will talk to Fender Mender N.Charleston representative,he supposed to give us a call after ,as I did not authorize him to process my credit card.We had never recieved a call from Davis and he had processed the charges.Big dissapointment!!!!!!!

I was sent to pick up a rental car from Enterprise by Summerville Ford, due to some work that need to be done to my car (2014 Ford Focus). I was given a 2014 Ford Focus as for my rental because it was the only Ford on the lot. Driving away i realized that the seats were stained, the car smelled (exspecially after sitting in the Charleson sun), It jurked when pulling off from a complet stop and the radio was broken.
