I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental! Desiree & Josh were incredibly friendly and helpful, the vehicle was spotless and well maintained, and the pick-up and drop-off process was quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a rental car
Unfortunately my experience at this location was less than satisfactory. There was just one to many times where I felt as a customer that I was not getting the best service. I returned the car atleast a week ago and today some charge shows up on my card that they can’t even provide a receipt for or help me to understand why I am being charged a week later for the damage coverage that I paid for at my initial checkout of the vehicle. This place is not ethical. They tack on bogus fees and keep abusing your card long after your business concludes.
