Literally the worst brand to rent from. Like, not being able to tell what a place has ahead of time or being able to accommodate your customers ahead of time, after BEING MADE AWARE of another reservation is crazy. I will NEVER deal with this company EVER again.
My wife booked it through her company. The rude kid at the counter would not honor my reservation. He made me make a new reservation for double the price. This airport commonly runs out of cars and if that had happened I would have been screwed. The car has no charger port, no cruise control, sub par. Last month I rented through Dollar under my wife’s reservation and the car had all amenities and service was far better. They did not heckle me as if I was not who I say I am. I am a loyal Enterprise member and frequently rent cars from this location. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have any cars- after verifying before I came they did have some availability - no one was willing to provide their names as I was simply trying to figure out who I was talking to and when the manager, Mario, came out, he was unprofessional and disrespectful.
