Always an amazing experience.
I've made 3 phone calls in 7 days to resolve an issue with over payment on my cc. Customer Service can't help and Management has failed to call, email or contact me in any way to help with my concerns. There is no number to call to speak to managment, how am I suppose to reolve this matter? Unsatisfactory
Worst management ever. I was physically attacked in front of the GM who did absolutely nothing but was offended when I got upset over her lack of action. Now I will have to take legal action against the GM of Enterprise at the airport in Jackson MS. It was a crime to fail to report the incident to the police and instead to tell me to “Shut Up!!!”
Poor management who lets staff get assaulted while they watch and the refused to call the police for the victim because he was white. The GM should be fired instead of the employee who was assaulted and suffering from a concussion, dislocated shoulder and bruised ribs. Charges will soon be filed against the GM for failure to report a crime which is felony in this state. Ignoring the victim will result in bad press.
