We were down in Longview, Tx for a funeral and it was my first time ever renting a car. They came to my hotel and picked me up & took me to Enterprise at the 281 Loop location. It was Halloween, so the people working there were dressed in costumes ! This didn't scare me off though( hehe!)...within 5 minutes they had me into a car and i was on my way !
